  • We will be having a meeting this Wednesday, 3/21, at 8:00pm in room 472 of the law building! Please take note of the time change! The speaker will be Adam Candeub, a professor at MSU's College of Law that specializes in Intellectual Property law. 
  • We have finalized the plans for the annual bar crawl! It will be Friday, April 20th and will start at 4pm. The lineup is as follows, Buffalo Wild Wings (at 4pm), Peanut Barrel, Landshark, PT O'Malleys, and we will end the night at Ricks. If you want to avoid paying cover (and also show your Prelaw Society pride), you must wear some sort of Prelaw Society attire. You will receive points for attending and you can also bring friends! 
  • T-shirts are finally in! We will have them at the meetings through out the semester and they will be $12 each! Get them fast before we run out of the good sizes!

As always there will be pizza, pop, and candy in the beginning of the meeting. There will also be updates regarding the Chicago trip

If you would like to pay for Chicago, the cost is $25 and you may pay at coffee hours or the next meeting. Please pay as soon as possible!

Each 90-minute reception will provide a convenient forum for obtaining first-hand information about the Law College’s academic programs, admission standards, and other topics of interest. 

Attending each reception will be a cross section of current students, members of the Law College administration, faculty, and alumni.   The receptions begin at 7:00 and will conclude by 8:30 p.m.  The East Lansing Reception will be held at the Law College’s Castle Boardroom; the Ann Arbor Reception will be held on the U of M Campus in the Vandenberg Room of the Michigan League; and, the Detroit Reception will be held at the MSU Detroit Center.
